3-D Horsemanship is the dream and vision of Lisa Gerdon. Lisa is a second generation equestrian that has been riding before she walked. Lisa has ridden and successfully coached Jumpers, Eventers (through Prelim) and Dressage riders (thru 2nd Level) Lisa has specialized in difficult horses and bringing them to their full potential when others had given up on them. She is currently working on finishing her USDF bronze medal and starting the "L" Graduate program this year. Last year she completed her Train the Trainers program for the WDAA (Western Dressage) For more info and pictures please click on her picture to the left.
Dr. Doug R. Dilworth, DVM
Dr. D has been a practicing and licensed Veterinarian
for 25 years as well as a lifelong equestrian. Doug brings years of
ranch and training experience to 3-D Horsemanship. Doug spent many of
his years training colts and working cattle ranches in Colorado where he
still owns a small ranch. Doug brings the working philosophy to our
facility and trains through helping people "to be the leader that their
horse needs them to be." Doug believes that confidence is the key to a successful partnership between the horse and his rider.
